If you wish to modify or cancel your order, please contact us at
[email protected] with your order number and specific modification requests. We will send a confirmation once the modification or cancellation is fully processed.
- Orders are only eligible for cancellation or modification within 24 hours of placement. After this period, the order is locked for production/processing and can no longer be altered or canceled.
- If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect phone case (e.g., wrong model, faulty design), please contact us directly. We will resolve the issue by offering a free replacement or full refund.
- For defective/damaged items, no return is required. We will ship a replacement at no additional cost to you.
- Refunds are not available for:
- Failed deliveries due to incorrect shipping addresses, customer unavailability, or product loss related to delivery location security (confirmed by the shipping carrier as "delivered").
- Refused deliveries.
- Dissatisfaction with phone case size compatibility, color variations, or design preferences. Please carefully review the product details (e.g., compatible phone models, dimensions, color swatches) on the product page before completing your purchase.
- Replacement for Defective Items: As our phone cases are often tailored to specific device models, we do not accept general returns. However, if your item is defective, we will provide a free replacement of the same model/design.
- Refund Processing: You will receive a refund confirmation once your request is approved. Refund processing typically takes 48 hours.
- Funds Crediting Time: The actual time for the refund to reflect in your account depends on your payment method and bank processing, usually within 14 business days.
- Delayed Refunds: If the refund does not arrive after 14 business days, please first contact your payment provider or bank. You may also reach out to us at [email protected], and we will verify the refund status and assist with next steps.
- Policy Validity: Our return & refund policy is valid for 90 days from the delivery date. No refunds or exchanges will be offered after this period.
To submit a claim for a defective or incorrect phone case, please email
[email protected] or use the contact form with the following
mandatory information:
- Order number
- Clear photos/videos of the defective product (showing the issue, e.g., cracks, misalignment, wrong model)
- Full delivery address
Our support team will review your submission. If eligible:
- We will resend the same phone case model at no extra cost.
- In rare cases where a replacement is not feasible (e.g., product discontinued), we will issue a full refund (including shipping costs).
